nethserver-netdata¶
Basic configuration for netdata.
nethserver-cockpit package access netadata on http://localhost:19999
and uses the data to graph system statistics.
Do not change listening port otherwise Cockpit will not be able to access netdata.
Configuration DB¶
Properties:
Bind
: bind IP addess, default tolocalhost
Alarms
: can beenabled
ordisabled
. Default todisabled
to avoid unwanted mail to root userPlugins
: a comma-separated list of key and value for standard plugins. Example:tc:yes,charts.d:yes
PythonPlugins
: a comma-separated list of key and value for python plugins. Example:apache:yes,sensors:no
Please be careful when changing Plugins
and PythonPlugins
properties, because some plugins are used by Cockpit
to create charts inside multiple pages.

Access from LAN¶
To enable the access from LAN, execute the following:
config setprop netdata Bind 0.0.0.0 access green
signal-event nethserver-netdata-update
signal-event firewall-adjust
Access netdata from http://<server_green_ip>:19999
.
